At Zweena Collection, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original package condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Items that are marked as 'Sale' are not eligible for return.
1.3. Jewellery is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Initiation of Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Inspection & Approval
3.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
3.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
4. Faulty Items
4.1. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, then we may be able to offer alternatives such as a replacement or a repair. If we are unable to do either of those then we will refund the item in full on receipt of it being returned.
4.2. In the case of a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team zweenacollection@gmail.com with your order number, images of the issue and details pf what you believe to be the manufacturing fault.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase
5.2. We aim to process your refund within 3 working days of the item being returned to us, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be returned back to your account through our payment processor.
